Professional Experience:
James L. Morgan has more than 25 years experience representing parties to a wide range of commercial transactions. He has served as co-counsel to the agent bank in several major syndicated credit facilities and has extensive experience in the collateralization of loan transactions with real and personal property. Mr. Morgan was counsel to Lloyds Bank PLC in foreclosure upon the Landmark Hotel and Casino and was counsel to Bank One Arizona in sale of the indebtedness which was secured by the Maxim Hotel and Casino.
Mr. Morgan has spoken to numerous professional groups, regarding transactional legal issues, and has served as a business law lecturer at the University of Nevada School of Business in its MBA program.
