Tim Henderson and Jim Morgan founded the firm in 1997 after a long association in predecessor firms. Tim retired as of June 2, 2021, after a career as one of the preeminent financing and real estate lawyers in the State of Nevada. Jim Morgan, who continues as the remaining member of the firm, has more than 35 years of experience representing parties to commercial transactions.

Jim has been given an AV rating by the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory and has been selected to Best Lawyers in America and to Mountain States Super Lawyers.
